Happy Canada Day, neighbours! Go stand on Saturna Island or Tumbo Island, and I’ll stand in my driveway and we’ll wave at each other! Or I’ll wave to White Rock as I drive along Drayton Harbor! 😛 OK, I know you might not be into it; but _I, personally_ like [Stompin’ Tom Connors](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGHMw_67fOk). I tried, but I couldn’t resist posting the link. 😉 Lots of fireworks last night, but we didn’t walk down to the beach to watch them. The cat didn’t seem to be bothered. I have a feeling he might hide under the bed for _our_ Independence Day. Then it sounds like a war zone here. ---
