I’m not seeing a Hanukkah thread yet, a fact that I found a little strange, given that today is the first day of the feast. Of course, maybe I’m looking in the wrong forum. Whatever. Here I am, and here the thread is, wishing all of our Jewish Doper friends a joyous and prosperous celebration. [And here’s a musical greeting card from a famous (cultural) Jew… Enjoy! 🙂](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSCmZU0eFJg) ---

Hanukkah on Facebook a few years ago: Family member: Happy Hanukkah! Other family member: Yes, we’re proud of our Jewish heritage. Me: Huh? We’re not Jewish. Most of the family: Yes we are. At least I learned about spinning the dreidel with a bunch of Baptists decades ago! ---

Chanukah samayach to all! My wife and daughter, coming home on different buses from the same city, each brought home a box of donuts. Mmmmmmmmm 😃
