When I was trying to look up the information on the navy website, I tried to get some specifics about the engines but it was somewhat vague. [This site](http://www.chinfo.navy.mil/navpalib/factfile/ships/ship-cv.html) is where I pulled it from and all that it notes is that the Enterprise’s power comes from eight  nuclear reactors (Nimitz class ships have 2). The distiction that I should have made is that the Constellation and the Kennedy (and the Kitty Hawk) use boilers. But I thought they burned diesel feul, not oil.
