I’m confused as to whether or not I should put this in a spoiler box, so I’ll err on the side of caution. Yeah. Crap. Did my previous post spoil it for anyone who saw the infamous spoiler post but has not yet read the book? Am I being overly neurotic about this? Advise! ---

To everyone who reported the spoiler, and whoever banned him - Thank You. This is a big deal at my house. We are reading the book aloud to each other, as part of our Sunday night family time together, and we want very much to make the experience fresh for all of us. OK, OK - I’m a nerd and a wimp, and I am making more of a new book than it deserves. But everybody in my family is sharing the same excitement of “What’s going to happen next?”, and it would be spoiled if one of us had to pretend he didn’t know how it all comes out. For those few hours, we are all equals in fandom, and it is a lot of fun, and I am grateful to all my friends at the SDMB for being considerate of our feelings and my foibles. Regards, Shodan ---

Well, we have finished the book at the **Shodan** house. On Friday, we leave for vacation, and are going to listen to the audio version in the car on the way. It is a wonderful book. And it was wonderful to read it aloud to each other. Regards, Shodan ---
