Looks like they strayed from the book. I don’t remember Voldermort and Harry together at Hogwarts except the final battle scene ---

Wow looks amazing. Hopefully the 3D will be real 3D and the whole movie this time. And hopefully they edit the pointless camping meandering… ---

Can you even “kill” a locket. The way Harry says “_kill_ it” seemed to me at first that it could only apply to the Snake. But I guess I could also see him using it for the locket, for lack of a better word. ---

mahaloth, yes that is the scene in question. in the book tommy doesn’t touch harry at all. psxer, in the book ron kills the locket, and neville the snake. it looks like they are changing that in the movie. ---

The locket has a fragment of Voldemort’s soul, so killing it is killing 1/8 of Voldemort. I’m almost positive I read about how difficult it was for Emma Watson to kiss Daniel Radcliffe, which she had to do when the locket showed that image to Ron. She already talked about how difficult it had been to kiss Rupert Grint and she had to go kiss Dan Radcliffe not long after. off to watch the trailer again: ---

Yeah, I think he’s killing the locket. That snake like thing is just a log. And the snake from before is Nagini, but it’s coming out of Bathilda Bagshot’s corpse I think. Harry faced Voldemort on four occasions in book 7: 1. In the “seven Potters” scene, fleeing from Privet Drive to the Burrow, Voldemort himself showed up to attempt to finish Harry off using Lucius Malfoy’s Wand 2. In Godric’s Hollow, Voldemort himself attempted to kill Harry after his snake lured Harry into Bathilda Bagshot’s house 3. In the Forbidden Forest, when Harry let himself get “killed” so the horcrux inside him would die 4. The final battle inside Hogwarts ---

Did anyone notice that the scene of the final confrontation has been changed, from inside the Great Hall surrounded by all the combatants to outside with just the two of them ---
