I clicked the option that included “confused” but I really think it sounds like [Schizophasia or word salad](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizophasia), which is a psychiatric symptom. I would say the person was in need of some mental help and possibly medication. On preview What Seanette Said. ---

I’ve generally given up trying to understand lyrics and enjoy them as if they were just another instrument devoid of any word meanings. Not sure if that a deficiency of my hearing or my brain processing honestly. ---

BTW, this subtitled (yes!) video of [Prisencolinensinainciusol](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S00Br2SSrY8) suggests it means either “please don’t call the national twosome” or “freezing cold and excellent choose hole.” All right? ---
