Seems that most have had good experiences, so that’s encouraging.

What about cosmetic problems? This is a TV, so I’d like it to look new. I think if it was a washing machine or refrigerator, I wouldn’t care about cosmetic issues if a hidden side was dented.

I don’t want to have a TV with the name of some kid carved in the front plastic. Any bad experiences on this concern?

The Combo VCR/DVD has some case Damage, but it was for my Bedroom so I kept it. Everything else has been fine.
In comparison I have had a brand new PC arrive in an unacceptable condition and I returned it.

I bargain shop like crazy so I leaped to this website when you posted it.

I went back to look at some numbers. Things are looking a little screwy now. the first thing I ever bought there was my Sharp Aquos 22". This was several years ago when they first came out, and this size was going for around $2000 at local retailers - I got it refurb for $799. Now they are saying the list price is three grand??
