It’s all : The Situation in Iraq continues. The Situation in Iran continues. The Situation in Syria continues. The Pollution in China continues. Starvation in Africa is now entering it’s 10th millennium. The main reason is what Bump sez or alludes to: newspapers and journalism are mostly dead, killed by freebie blogs, the internet and 24 hour TV “news”. ---

I know somebody who went to one of the inaugural balls and they said that the lady’s room not only ran out of soap but that in the men’s room the automatic flusher on one of the urinals wasn’t working. I cannot believe Obama let that happen. ---

I agree, if I randomly turn on a news program, there’s a good chance they’ll be talking about: Lance Armstrong Beyonce Hillary’s glasses Michelle’s dress Or that football player who actually believed that he had a girlfriend that someone else made up. ---
