Don’t know if it’s a Hasbro toy but _Rock 'Em, Sock 'Em Robots_ is exactly the sort of high-concept thrillride that today’s audiences would just eat up. Sadly. ---

A G.I. Joe movie could be great. It could also be horrible (e.g., Corba-La) ---

I would assume these would all have to be light-hearted fare appropriate for kiddies, since that’s the market for all the toys and games. So what in blazes are they going to do with Battleship, the whole point of which is to blow up as many ships as possible, sending thousands of young men and women to their watery graves.\* \*OK, that last part isn’t actually part of the game, but could become a problem in a film adaptation. ETA: Why can I only see the difference between “to” and “too” _after_ I click the button? ---
