OK, so how did thousands of men from the 50’s walking around, say, downtown Chicago, keep their lose fitting hats from blowing off and flying all over the place?

Maybe all that “Fop”, “Dapper Dan”, “Brylcreem” and “Dippity Doo” that the 50’s generation seemed to use in such “abundance”, kept it “glued” to their head? 😛
