Simple enough. Have all 50 states been home to a sitcom family? I mean a sitcom family has resided there. For instance, Hawaii wouldn’t qualify for _The Brady Bunch_ since they WENT there, but that wasn’t the state they lived in. I suppose we can use animated series, too, so that I can get _Family Guy_ for Rhode Island. I don’t remember it ever being explicitly stated, but ISTR hearing that references to Bugtussle, TN (where the Beverly Hillbillies Clampetts hailed from) placed Pixley and Hooterville (towns referred to in both _Petticoat Junction_ and _Green Acres_) in close enough proximity that they also had to be in Tennessee. > [@bordelond](#): > > Where were _Petticoat Junction_ and _Green Acres_ set? ---
