YMWV as far as whether it’s worth it. Some of the albums I’ve converted could probably be found on itunes, but it makes me smile to hear that sound of vinyl on the track and remember that in a way, I’m still listening to the same record I listened to with my Dad. To me, that’s worth taking some time ripping the record and splitting it up into tracks.
On the other hand, I’m very glad that “Roar of the Greasepaint…” was available on itunes, because that record apparently went missing when my Mom moved into her condo.
