People told me all the time when I was a kid and a teen (people who didn’t know me all that well, or were delusional) that they were the best years of my life! Well, I thought then that they sucked, and even now, at the ripe old age of 41, looking back, they sucked. I’m infinitely happier now than I was at 18! And infinitely less screwed up. What I’m saying is, maybe this is the best time of his life, and he’s not appreciating it. But maybe it’s not, and you don’t understand all the circumstances. If I had honestly believed, at 18, that things were as good as they would ever be, I probably would have killed myself! As for the OP, I like you just fine, Ryan. You kind of remind me of one of those cute little puppies that keeps jumping around and nipping at your ankles to get your attention!🙂 ---

This thread makes me totally happy. The truth is, I’ve been feeling insecure about the nature of my “real-life” friendships lately, and I’ve been kind of brooding and not doing much and wondering if aynone likes me at all. So the fact that everyone is rallying around Ryan\_Liam is very cool, and I just want to tell you all that you’re a great group of people. ---
