Ryan, this thread might just be an example of a thing that will not increase your popularity. If you’ve sent an e-mail (especially an unsolicited e-mail of a private nature), you might want to let the recipient have a day or two to respond. After that, if there is no response, dropping a quick line “Did you see my e-mail?” into a thread where they are active is probably permissible, but calling them out on the MB in a special thread might be just a bit intrusive.
Just something to consider.

I’ve been on the SDMB for fnord years and I can assure you that the Doper Elite does not fnord exist. Why, that’s like suggesting that some secret kind of cabal, like, I don’t know, the friggin’ Illuminati controls everything fnord!
