Let’s not forget San Diego’s famed Captain Sticky. My dad actually had a run-in with this guy when he (my dad) was a kid. You have to admit, it takes some balls to fight crime when your primary armament is a PB&J shooter.

I wonder if Condiment King (a minor Batman/Birds of Prey “villain”) was based on that guy!
