# Have there ever been conjoined triplets?

We’ve all heard of conjoined twins, but has there ever been a case of conjoined triplets?

Apparently, a supposed incident occured in Sicily in the 1800’s where 3 boys were born conjoined. \>\> [Cite](http://mypage.direct.ca/c/csamson/multiples/conjoined.html), [Cite](http://phreeque.tripod.com/timeline.html). Both are Tripod pages so I don’t know about validity.
Other than that, there haven’t been any–however, there has been one case (Nida and Hira Jamal of Pakistan) where triplets, all girls, were born and two of them were conjoined. \>\> [Cite](http://www.twinstuff.com/conjoined.htm)
