But it doesn’t have anywhere near the tone or dismissiveness that you’re asserting. He said he hadn’t heard the request before. Then he tried to explain how other forums use the system so that the question didn’t come up before. He also explained how the SDMB could configure the software quickly if that’s what they wanted to do.
