# Have we morally failed Afghanistan?

There are some who do. Check out the sister thread “[Afghanistan Today](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/afghanistan-today/948624)” in which both **Magiver** and **Sam\_Stone** think it is a mistake to withdraw. (Mods should consider just merging these two threads.)
