The band [Hungry Lucy](http://www.hungrylucy.com/) contacted me a little while back to join their friends list on [Myspace.com](http://Myspace.com) and from the first listen I was enchanted by this woman’s voice. I recommend checking out some of the free mp3’s (especially “Shine (F9 mix)”). ---

Jeff Buckley. My God, that boy could sing–he had an incredibly beautiful voice. Oh, and also Sting. ---

Josh Groban, definitely. I can’t understand half of the songs he sings, but I just love listening to him. Sean Connery. ---

Christina Amphlett of the Divinyls. Something about that voice makes me think deeply of her throat… And a second vote for Kate Bush. I wish I could imitate Tony Blair’s accent and diction. To my Uhmurican ears, it sounds so precise, with no energy wasted on unneccesary vowels or words. Vlad/Igor ---
