# Have you seen Ink?

This was the best movie that I have seen in , literally, years. I am still amazed that such a wonderful movie was made on such a tiny, tiny budget. Ink is, I think, the only “feel good” movie that ever actually made me feel good. Generally, such movies make me queasy.

I particularly enjoyed the combat scenes. The energy with which the good-dream people ran to battle and the fury with which they fell upon the incubi took my breath away.

Netflix has this one available to view immediately. You need to see it.

Yes, and yes.

I couldn’t believe this movie had such a low budget. The effect alone were worthy of a full-budget affair, and the production values overall were very good. I was especially impressed with the acting, which was excellent overall, and in some cases astonishingly superb.

The story was engaging and freshly imaginative in a way that reminded me of Terry Gilliam.

I highly recommend this movie.

Added to NF Queue - however, it is Not Rated. Any take on what the MPAA rating might be? PG? PG-13? R? Profanity? Sex/Nudity? Violence or scary images?

I don’t remember any nudity. There is some profanity. For a kid, some of the imagery of the incubi could be frightening.
