Since **HBK** has started [topics](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=808912) [twice](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=19708821&postcount=5) after being told not to, it’s been decided to just ban him entirely.
