I’d feel weird running the league since I run a lot of SDMB leagues already and this was one of the few I wasn’t involved in and am a latecomer, so it’d be good if someone stepped up. But we’ll have to get it rolling soon, especially if we need to do recruiting. ---

I’m going to have to step away from this league. I stretched myself too thin last year. The keeper option along with the draft trades are a little too much for me to analyze and keep up with to be successful in this league. I apologize for the autodrafted team of which there probably isn’t a keeper option. ---

Alright, I guess I’ll end up running it if no one else is going to volunteer. Would prefer not to, but whatever, we need to get the ball rolling - don’t want to end up in mid-august with a need for recruits. I’ll give someone another day to volunteer and then I’ll start the new thread. Incidentally, if this league did the same thing as my leagues, it just automatically signed up everyone again at league creation, instead of sending out invites and waiting for people to take them. Problem with that is since it’s passive, you can’t take it as an actual confirmaton that someone will be playing this year. They may not have intended to play and didn’t realize they were automatically signed up. Easiest solution to this is just to kick everybody and re-send the invites and make them take them so it’s similar to the normal procedure. If I end up running things, I’ll do that and you’ll have to take the invite. ---
