We have one called Mary Janes Novelties. Has 4:20 written on just about every wall & ceiliing. Also has signs everywhere stating bongs, pipes, etc are for tobacco use only & if you ask them what 4:20 means they show you the door. ---

99% of soda cans are used to contain soda. 99% of lighters are used to light cigarettes or pipes containing legal tobacco. 99% of apples, aluminum foil, 2 liter bottles, honey containers, matches, metal kazoos, occarinas, pocket knives, pens are sold and used for their intended, legal, purposes. It would take a corrupt Philly cop to believe otherwise. 99% of water pipes/bongs, (\*\*D.E.S.K.Top668 \*\*'s art collection notwithstanding) are sold and used for the illegal use of drugs. (NOTE: All percentages were made up my me, but you get my drift.) I personally think Marijuana should be legalized, but right now it is not. The cops are going after those who PROFIT from the illegal drug trade. Some sites shut down by the government had millions in internet sales. And the two Head Shops I knew in Coconut Grove are within two blocks of an elementary school, in a nice part of town. ---

Fine, ban the bongs. Ever see the shit people make crack pipes out of? They’ll have to close down WalMart to stop that practice. ---

Under him the police of Philadelphia took a new approach to keeping the city safe, they beat the crap out of black people.
