The stars lined up right to give us two weeks in AZ!

_crazy mad happy dancie_

I get to sleep in my own bed!

There’s a lot to do, and two weeks isn’t near enough time to get it done. So we’ll either make a dent in that “to-do” list, or we will sit in companionable sloth and just enjoy being there!

It’s a rough ride, made all that rougher by a “quick” shopping trip to Sam’s Club in Flagstaff. Mr VOW was a good sport about it. The car was pretty full of the usual crap when we left SCal, and it took some juggling and rassling to fit the Sam’s purchases inside. But he did it! Kudos to my guy!

The long drive contorts me into “Quasimoda.” I’ll be chewing on pain pills and slowly untwisting the pretzel that my neck contorted to.

But we’re HERE! Even the cat is happy. He scolded me soundly when he was first brought into the house, but after his mandatory inspection he settled down. This place is always home to him, and he especially enjoys the fact there are NO GOGGIES here.

We have two weeks here. May the mellow begin!

My daughter has been hiding out in AZ with a friend to get away from the virus around here ¶. She’s coming home today.

So, one in, one out, balance is maintained. 😉
