The above point is dutifully understood and followed, but whatā€™s the policy on linking to other webpages in other languages that have no English version of the page, when linking to such page would be beneficial to the topic (for example, a Spanish-language webpage in thread on Argentinian literature)? ---

While I think that itā€™s unfortunate that this policy has to exist, I understand the need for it. I just hope that the moderators are patient in enforcing it. Another clarification: Itā€™s okay to post something in another language _and_ English, right? If this is generally forbidden, can we make special exceptions in the case of quoting other sources, especially literature? ---
