# Heartburn or Ulser?

How do I tell the difference between heartburn and an ulser? Describing what I feel is difficult. I feel a burning, and yet there is like a cold feeling at the same time across the abdonmin. Is there any way to distinguish one from the other? - Jinx

You’d feel heartburn in the chest, not in the abdomen, but it may not be an ulcer, either. See a doctor if the sensation persists.
