“Sid 6.7” was the character’s name.
And, yeah, good call from a forgotten movie.
I was reminded of Michael Keaton’s Beetle Juice, especially by the odd grunts and clicks in his speech (not to mentioned the disheveled makeup).
How about the lip licking and smacking? I don’t recall anybody offhand who was famous for such facial tics.
Now that guys mention it, yeah, it was very reminiscent of Keaton’s Beetle Juice. Not exactly, of course, but very close.
He gave Batman an unmistakable Groucho Marx eyebrow-waggle during the interrogation room scene. And I read one review that compared his walk to Groucho’s as well, although I was too wrapped up in the movie (or else it wasn’t shot at an angle where I could tell) to pick up on that.
