Did Lazarus exhibit any prurient interest in Dora before she propositioned him (which was, IIRC, some time in her mid-late teens)?

How about

9: The Bore: A well-fed, conservative, Establishment stuffshirt who thinks he knows just how the galaxy works and is miffed when The Boy Scout, The Jokester or The Scamp points out that it just ain’t so. Examples: Rico’s dad and mom in the early scenes of _Starship Troopers_; Pat Bartlett in _Time for the Stars_; the preacher in that short story where his spoiled kid accidentally triggers the rockets, knocking the spacecraft off course and briefly knocking the pilot unconscious.

The Bore also comes in a Liberal version…the Liberal Bore thinks that s/he’s Entitled to something.

I propose Blowhard Knowitall as a substitute title.
