Pineapple on pizza is just wrong. On the other hand, I am making pizza for dinner and unfortunately, I will have to adorn one of them with pepperoni and pineapple. For the other questions, Mustard and No beans for hot dogs, beans for chili cheese fries and tots. Oh yeah, welcome to the boards. ---

Welcome, @Celtic_Kitsune, no matter what you eat. See, the thing is: pineapple and dead pig (I go for bacon, myself) on pizza is… … a pizza! And as such is one of God’s finest gifts to humanity. Even a pizza I don’t like (like my wife’s Tons o’ Veggies and Anchovies) is still pizza! Ipso facto QED alacazam: Wonderful! . And the same mental tricks work for a hot dog. Slather it up with mustards and ketchups and relishes and onions and it’s still delicious. ---

A local pizza place 30 years ago in the Bay Area had the Iditarod\* – Canadian bacon and sliced tomatoes – and I was very fond of it. Nobody had Canadian bacon anymore or tomato slices for that matter so ham and diced tomato is a reasonable substitute. \*Changed later to Yukon presumably because no one knew what Iditarod meant. ---

Dijon mustard definitely isn’t the right choice for a hot dog, because that would be Cleveland’s own Bertmann’s Ballpark Mustard. Dijon is good on a burger, though. ---

Pineapple and ham for sure. And add jalapenos. Chili has beans. It makes it a full meal. If it doesn’t have beans, it’s some sort of mix you would put on a bun. Mustard on hot dogs. But I prefer the Chicago style ‘drag it through a garden’ type dog. ---
