Another thing occurred to me: You are a separatist (sp?). You would like to live in a land where there are only white people (or whatever). That land is not America. In fact, America is becoming increasingly tolerant as the generations pass. So why don’t you and your chimpout buddies go takeover a small island or something? Leave the rest of us tolerant folk alone. ---

Or, alternatively, why don’t we give them a small part of, say, Utah. Let them be an independent nation. Then surround it, cut off all trade, refuse to let them use our airspace, and, finally, roll the tanks in after declaring war. Then reconstruct them with fire and the sword. ---

Which is worse? To dislike a group of people because of their very real actions as a group (and do nothing to them), or to heap piles of abuse on someone because they have a differing opinion? And this coming from the ‘We can all get along’ crowd… apparently, the hypocracy of accepting everyone, _except_ for those who don’t share your worldview, is lost on almost everyone here… At least I’m up front about how I feel… I don’t hide behind the rhetoric of multiculturalism and acceptance and tolerance, then spew venom when I come across someone with a different opinion. I’m debating whether I’m going to continue with this thread.. It seems to have devolved into a “fuck you” festival, with the serious posters in the tiny minority… the rest are content with hurling insults, accusations, aspersions and outright bald-faced hatred (there’s that hypocracy again)… which is not what I started out trying to achieve, nor what I want to submit myself to… I’m going to go pull some fenceposts and string some fence… I’ll let you know what I decide, one way or the other. ---

This isn’t a difference in opinion, idiot, it’s a fundamental disconnect in philosophy. Yours being the philosophy of hate. You, on the other hand, are hurling insults (and chicken bones) at an entire group of people…millions of them. You are prejudging them without actually knowing any of them. They proceeded to hurl high speed snowballs at him. You laughed and bought them pizza as a reward. You claim in this tread to only dislike blacks and leave them alone when they do you no harm. How is this sort of behavior just holding an opinion without causing harm? Depends on the opinion. A particularly stupid, destructive opinion, such as yours, deserves much abuse. And you didn’t “do nothing to them,” by your own admission. You took and continue to take pleasure in your sister’s humiliation of a black person, you encourage your children to assault them, and you participate in a message board that is apparently a festering pile of hate (I didn’t go there, because I fear having to scrub my brain with steel wool). I think your lack of empathy plays a huge role in your problem, though, as well as your lack of critical thinking skills, in that you can look at a whole lot of evidence (behavior of your fellow humans, black, white, etc.) and come to an entirely wrong conclusion. My mom did the same thing, actually. She holds many of the same opinions as you do. But, I don’t heap abuse on her. Know why? Because she doesn’t go to places like [chimpout.com](http://chimpout.com), she doesn’t laugh at people being humiliated, and she’s an otherwise compassionate, wonderful person who actually tries to make the world a better place, in small ways, like, for instance, mentoring a black girl in the Big Sisters program. So, I forgive her. You? Not so much.
