If I understand it correctly, that would make me a 3 since I was on a Telethon set with Captain Kangaroo (hit him square in the head with a ping pong ball). ---

One of my former students is now an actress. She had a bit part (with lines!) in an episode of _Castle_ this season. Her character speaks to Nathan Fillion’s character. Nathan Fillion was in [SUPER](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1512235/) with Kevin Bacon. That would give me a Bacon Number of 3. 🙂 ---

1. I was in a music video with John Mellencamp. John Mellencamp was in _After Image_ with Michael Zelniker Michael Zelniker was in _Queens Logic_ with Kevin Bacon. (I can’t believe John Mellencamp played the lead role in a movie. I am going to have to watch that.) ---

Wait, life outside films counts? I was on TV with a high-profile game show host, who also hosted the Bacon Brothers on his daytime show. 2! But I sorta think it should be films, based on the original game. ---

I have a Bacon number of 4, but in two different ways. My Mom’s cousin worked with Tim Burton, who worked with Kyra Sedgwick and you know the rest. My Brother worked with Ang Lee - Heath Ledger - Oliver Platt - Kevin Bacon ---

I just noticed that earlier, **Quasi** mentioned Kevin Bacon’s appearance on NPR’s “Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!”, and **TreacherousCretin** never got an answer about when he was on.
