# Help finding an old thread

This is probably a long shot but here goes.
Many years ago there was a thread wherein someone posted a comment in distain for the subject of the thread (IIRC) that went something like, “Feed’m fish heads”. I’m guessing it was along the lines of ‘let them eat cake’. Anyway it was a quirky turn of phrase and I started using it in a comic fashion. I found myself saying again today and it made me want to re-read the thread. Does anyone remember it?
I couldn’t find anything with search. Sorry for the sparseness of info, but that’s all I remember.

Ok, as long as this thread is open I was going to ask about a post I can’t find now. Within the last two months or so if memory serves me right, and it included a long quotation from an anti-Federalist who opposed virtually all the provisions in the Constitution about establishing a standing army or giving the federal government authority over the militia.

No; the post I’m thinking of included a long quotation from one of the late-eighteenth century people who opposed the ratification of the Constitution, bitching about the provisions for standing armies had no built-in limitations, and how the Feds could simply let the Militia become moribund until the states were helpless.
