If **kremit** and others noticed it, then he wasn’t being private. It’s indecent exposure and lewd behavior. I’m sure the campus has rules/laws against those, and more importantly, there’s a rule against his being there without ID. If he’ll jerk off in a public computer lab, who knows what else he might do, in other areas of the campus? I hope security has been informed to keep an eye peeled for this clown.

I don’t think intervention is out-of-line, particularly if there is a chance that students’ safety might be compromised.
