I’m in a small jam. I have no ride home from the airport. Husband has to work, no other family available Any Michigan Dopers have enough sympathy for me to pick me up from Metro Airport on Sunday afternoon an drive me back to Flint? You’ll get gas money, my eternal gratitude, and I’ll always say really nice things about you here on the boards. 😃 ---

Didn’t you read the disclaimer about meeting dopers in real life??? It explicitly said that such a meeting could result in hairy palms, paranoia, and the tendancy to get stuck in airports. People should learn to read more carefully… Good luck getting a ride home. I’d offer to help out, but it’d take me probably 14 or so hours to get there. ---
