# Help Identify a Film

I saw this on a late late show, back around 1975, so it predates that year. I think it was in Black and White, but cannot be certain.

All I remember of the plot: A group of small children (I want to say ages 6-11 or so), at least one of whom wore a t-shirt with thick alternating horizontal stripes, are involved in some plot wherein they run around town and communicate by pulling their ears (which may have made a beeping or honking noise).

That’s all I recall.
