I saw part of an interesting short film this afternoon on the Independent Film Channel, but I can’t recall the name. IIRC, it was by either “Locomotion Films” or “Locomotive Films,” and what I saw consisted primarily of images of Hitler with a narrator in German. The English translation talked about Hitler in first person, and how his favorite food were Nuddelsuppe and chocolate eclairs. Can anyone ID this fim?

The other was black and white (though modern), filmed by university students, and about a room mate who wanted badly to be a spy. He would use coded messages and stalk his room mate, until one day he just disappeared. The room mate put a note in his hiding spot, and three months later found a reply, simply stating “No (name of character).” Kind of sad. Can anyone ID this film?

Thanks.

Ooh, how annoying. IFC still has their schedule up from June 17. What you saw was “IFC Short Film Collection I.” But they don’t tell me what’s in it. I assume it’s not rotated scheduling but and static collection. Otherwise why would there be a “IFC SFC II”?

It’s supposed to play again today but annoyingly my intereactive schedule only goes back to 4PM, not to 10:15AM when it was to play.
It is scheduled to play again on [July 19 at 9:45 AM](http://www.ifctv.com/ifc/whatson/0,7174,CAT0-45-MO-07-DA-14-YR-2002-TZ-EST-TB-4-DW-1-CLR-blue-BCLR-0099CC-,00.html)

I’ll try and look it up on TV Guide but they’re really slow. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
