# Help identify this film

Trying to remember a film i saw as a kid, probably made in the 60s or 70s, about a circus in America. I think it was an American wild west scenario. I can remember two things about it. Firstly, there is a gorgon in the circus who turns someone to stone. Secondly, there is an old Chinese wise man character who is fishing in a dry stream bed. Some people pass by and laugh at him, until he hauls a fish out of it.

Might have some of those images garbled, I saw it maybe 25 years back. Any ideas?
