Here’s what I have right now: Kickboxing for Dummies with Keli Roberts. I love that woman! She gives such great instruction and has such good form. So I’m going to get her 10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp. But those are the only Keli Roberts kickboxing DVDs I can find.

Who else is good like her? Which kickboxing DVDs would you suggest for a relative kickboxing beginner that really wants to get into it and have great form and do it right and also be challenged?

I don’t know about kickboxing videos, but I’m going to give you some links to websites that will steer you where you want to go. Check out [www.collagevideo.com](http://www.collagevideo.com), it’s a website that reviews and sells over 350 DVD’s and videos pertaining to fitness. A lot of the instructors are people you may never have heard of. Also, [www.videofitness.com](http://www.videofitness.com) is a website that provides fitness video reviews and tips to help you with your program. HTH

If you can get your hands on a BodyCombat DVD from LesMills they are excellent for working out and combine different moves.

They are not for necessarily learning the martial art - but you do build skills.

Killer tough cardio though
