Okay, several years ago I remember visiting my cousin in Florida who owned a Sega CD. One of the games he owned was called (I think) World War 3. I have looked through several search engines, including Google, and I can’t find hide nor hair of the game. Would anyone know anything about it, have a link to a site and/or rom? I remember it looked like a fun game and I’ve been trying to find it ever since. ---

That is one of my favorite video games of all time. I have actually tried buying a Sega CD with the sole purpose being getting that game. I played it all the way through on one of the scenarios. Russia and Me (the US) had split control of the world militarily but I controlled the world financially. In the year 2050 the game ended. It said that I was removed from power by the people who were tired of the old order or something close to that. I remember feeling a little bit perturbed that it ended so suddenly but pleased that I had conquered the planet before my ousting.
