# Help me find funny cat photos to paint!

I’ve decided to do a series of “Lolcat” style\* oil paintings, so I need some good reference photos of cats.
They have to be at least somewhat cute, but I want them to also be funny.
So I know the dopers know where the good stuff is, cat-photo-wise, so can I enlist your aid? Thanks!
\*I’ll title them with funny names rather than paint on captions, though

Yeah but that means slogging through zillions of really lame ones (I know this because I’ve already done it). I figure the dopers probably already have favorites they can share.

Are you looking for famous lolcat images that will be recognizable as lolcats, like the aforementioned Invisible Bike Cat or possible [Monorail Cat](http://catmas.com/images/2006/11/monorail-cat.jpg), or do you want cute but mostly anonymous pictures?

Are you intending to sell your paintings? You may run into legal problems with the copyright holder of the original photo. I suggest you not start painting until you consult a lawyer for proper advice.
