# Help me ID this 80's video game!

I remember very few specific details, so bear with me. I’m pretty sure I remember  
playing this arcade game at our local 7-11 around 1987-1988. Right next to the  
game was an Ikari Warriors game so it must have been about the same time that  
game was out. It was a 2D side scroller that involved kids with jetpacks flying  
around fighting bad guys in a futuristic city. I remember a deep voice over guy would  
constantly say things like, “Destroy the boss! Find the key to open the door!” - or  
something like that. He kept repeating phrases like that over and over. I’ve searched  
for years and can’t find this game - help! And I know people will see jetpack and  
think “Space Harrier” but it’s definately not that game. This was a 2D side  
scroller.

That sounds exactly like the game - thank you! But in defense of my googling  
skills, I have literally been searching for years, and haven’t really looked in long  
time so this article must be new (ignore the _Originally Posted: 10/27/01, Updated  
10/27/01_ info at the bottom of that article)!
