My brother and his girlfriend are vacationing in New York City. I’m not sure this is who the picture is of (it’s very blurry), but the woman the OP’s brother was talking about, the woman in _Scrooged_ who did NOT hit Bill Murray with a toaster, was Karen Allen. The woman who DID hit him with a toaster was Carol Kane. ---

He knew that I’d get the reference with Carol Kane, and wanted to eliminate her right off the bat, but couldn’t think of her name. That would have been my first guess without that clue. ---

Seriously, could it be Marlo Thomas as a blonde? The eyes, the cheekbones, the overbite … and Marlo does have kind of a funny voice. Also, she apparently has had a bit of cosmetic surgery in addition to having aged. ---
