Aargh, it’s been driving me nuts! _{insert Pirate/Steering Wheel/Crotch joke here}_

I was flipping through the radio stations the other day, and I came on this catchy, light sort-of R&B tune. It was sung by a woman with a sweet but a little raspy voice. All I can remember of the words are the chorus, which went something like “I don’t know why I didn’t call (come?)”.

At first I thought it was Macy Gray, but the raspiness wasn’t as over the top as hers is. It might even Macy Gray, and I just suck at trying to identify songs I don’t know the name of.

For what it’s worth, I _think_ it might be a recent song. The station it was on was one of those “low-volume, listen at work, modern easy-listening” type deals.

Thanks much. I can’t get that song out of my head.

Could it be _Don’t Know Why_ by Norah Jones, **orr**?

That’s it!

Norah Jones… Norah Jones… I’m picking up the CD tomorrow.

Thanks, donkeyoatey!
