# Help me ID this song

It’s fairly recent, sung by a woman, and the only part of the lyrics I can remember are from the chorus:

“You are the warm coast wind,  
And you’ve blown into this little port and roused my dreams again…”

I hear it on the radio and I can never catch the title or the artist!

Googling on part of the lyric you quoted returned this website:

Which seems to credit a Sarah Harmer for the song, which includes this refrain:

And if I am a sailor,  
then you are the warm gulf wind,  
and you’ve blown into this little port  
and roused my dreams again.

She has a website, if you want to know any more about her. That includes a video and audio of ‘Almost’, if you want to check, or if like me you just like the song. I’m pretty sure it’s the same song though.
