# Help me identify a toy from my memory

While Christmas shopping for my nephews I began to think about the favourite toys I had when I was a kid (in the 80s) and I remembered one that I loved and I’d like to find another one on eBay or something but I have no idea what it was called. Here’s the description as best I can remember:

It would have been classified as an action figure. It was an old, gnarled, grey tree like creature. It had green eyes that would glow when light shone through the top of it’s head. By pulling on it’s head and bottom it’s midsection would extend making it taller.

I’m pretty sure it was part of a series of toys, evil trees versus good trees or something like that. It wasn’t from any movie or TV show that I can remember.

Any help would be appreciated if someone has seen something similar… thanks!

Perhaps [Inhumanoids](http://cgi.ebay.com/Inhumanoids-Redlen-Mutore-Figure-80s_W0QQitemZ330053748160QQihZ014QQcategoryZ348QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)? If so it was based on an animated TV series.
