# Help me Identify this flower

Here is all the info I have :

This tree grows in tropical environment (I’ve seen it grow in Hawaii and Florida). The tree grows around 10-25 ft typically and blossoms in summer. The flower has an exotic smell. I’ve seen flowers with two colorations - white with yellow in the center and white with red in the center.

Yep, it’s plumeria. A favorite for flower leis. The milk will stain.
