# Help me identify this song - I know some of the lyrics

There’s one song that my roommate used to put on the “sleep mix” when I was a freshman in college. All I can remember from it are these lyrics:  
\*  
“[something something] and overcast, trailers with fiberglass fishing boats…all coming back from the lake…so I caught a cheap matinee…”\*

And then the chorus:  
\*  
“[something something something,] pretending I won’t, it’s not a Saturday without you…”  
\*

“It’s not a Saturday without you” is in all the choruses and is probably a good bet for the song’s title, but searching reveals nothing.

It kind of sounded like The Weakerthans, but if it was them then I think the lyrics would be online somewhere. This guy listened primarily to indie rock, especially slightly older rock like Pavement and the Red House Painters, if that’s any help.

Bumping this once before I go to bed, in the hopes that **VCO3** might be up and might know the answer…
