My aunt recently found [this picture](http://www.flickr.com/photos/31541446@N07/5392343193/) of my grandparents. We think it must have been taken in 1942 when my grandfather was stationed in Richmond, Virginia. I know it’s a long shot, but can anyone identify the location? It looks like a public park and there is an important looking building in the background, so it might still be recognizable. ---

If it’s in the city proper, I’m guessing it’s probably Byrd Park. **GuanoLad** beat me to the punch.
