# Help me indentify this song \[possibly Irish folk song\]

Here’s all I know. The song was in rotation on BBC Radio 1 in Northern Ireland some time ago, though I have no idea when. The snippet is someone singing what it sounds like. For a whole 26 seconds.

Doesn’t sound familiar to me, and in fact it doesn’t even sound Irish. If I had to guess, I’d say it was something Native American, though that doesn’t seem quite right, either (and why would NI BBC be playing a Native American song, anyway?).
