I saw the name suggested, and I knew. I turned to look at the beast, who is currently hovering about 2 feet behind my head in my home office, and I knew. A salty, crusty old guy with a heart of gold who will fuck your shit up if you mess with him or his friends, got it buster? Thank you, **Lute Skywatcher!** Snarglechops was a great suggestion, but it didn’t quite capture the feel of the guy in person. I’ve got to give a shout out for Pythagoras from **mnemosyne**. That almost was the one despite the pun. Thank you all for the suggestions, everyone! If I decide to go ahead and make a 3 foot tall bunny rabbit covered in reptilian scales as my next project, I’ll run it by you for more naming ideas. 😃 ---

I made it from following the directions from a book I bought off of [this guy’s website](http://www.monster-man.com/home.php) (who, coincidentally, is also a teacher and currently teaches some of my former students. I found that out after the fact). I really like the fish he made, you can see the video on his front page. I’m happy with my dragon, especially the [scales](http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3162/3018951931_617991779c_b.jpg), but definitely learned a lot while making it and would change some things (the [face and eyes](http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3196/3018951917_08438d7468_b.jpg) are too hard to see) if I could. Heh, I haven’t named him yet, either. Maybe he should be Snarglechops!
